Q: How much is shipping?
A: $9.95 for posters (plus $1 for each additional poster)
$15-$25 for framed prints, depending on the size (plus $2-$3 for each additional framed print). Greeting cards cost $3.95 for shipping, or only $1.00 if they are shipped with other items.

Q: Do you sell wholesale products to retail outlets?
A: We do sell products at a wholesale rate to retail stores. We do have a minimum order for your first order and require credit references and your store's tax ID number. Please contact us for more information.

Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?
A: While we do not include shipping options for outside of the United States, we are happy to work with you on an individual basis to provide shipping quote and turn around time for shipments outside of the U.S. For a quote, please email bnaufel(a)reflectionsofglory.com with the product(s) you are interested in shipping and the full address of where you would like the order shipped to. We will email you information for your consideration and proceed as you wish.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We ship via UPS ground and your order usually arrives within 7-10 business days. If we know of a delay, we will be sure to contact you to let you know.

Q: What do I do if my order arrived damaged?
A: If your order arrived damaged, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please email Brenna Naufel at bnaufel(a)reflectionsofglory.com and she will file a claim with UPS and send a new package to you. Please hold onto the product and packaging for one week after contacting Brenna as UPS may wish to inspect the damaged package for claim purposes.

Q: How do you package your posters?
A: All posters are shrink-wrapped flat and are shipped flat.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Sales tax is only charged in Missouri at 7.35%.

Q: Do you offer other framing options?
A: No, we do not offer other framing options at this time.

Q: Why does my PayPal/credit card statement show up as Reflections of Glory?
A: Our company name is Reflections of Glory doing business as shopbartlarson.com. So don't worry, it is correct!

Q: Why isn't my discount code isn't showing up?
A: If you have a valid discount code that has not expired, but sure to enter your code on the "Cart" page into the discount code box and click "update". Once you update, your discount should appear.

Q: Where can I purchase other photography and artwork by Bart Larson?
A: Bart has a myriad of beautiful landscape pictures available at www.reflectionsofglory.com and University of Missouri prints at www.collegiatereflections.com. Be sure to check out these sites!

Q: Is Bart Larson's business on Facebook?
